【水套式离心机，水套离心机流程概述】
原料通过工程车辆送入选金矿设备振动料仓，首先筛选出较大的不合格物料，减少滚筒筛磨损，增大筛分效率。合格的物料通过上料输送机送入滚筒筛内进行筛选分级为：0-6mm; 6-10mm; 10-30mm与大于30mm的废料四种规格。
大于30mm的废料直接通过废料输送机输送至废料区域；
10-30mm的物料通过输送机输送至指定区域；
6-10mm的物料通过输送机输送至指定区域；
0-6mm的细料通过料斗排入泵箱内，通过一台4寸沙泵打入到水套式离心机选金设备1200#卧式全自动排矿离心机内进行精选，精选后的精料会由精料管道自动排出；废料由废料管道自动排出。
Technical process
The Raw material into vibrating feeder,then screening the one in big size stone to reduce the abrasion of trommel screen,the other into trommel screen to be classified into 4size 0-6mm; 6-10mm; 10-30mm ＞30mm
＞30mm waste material transported by conveyor into scrap area；
10-30mm material transported by conveyor into destination area；
6-10mm material transported by conveyor into destination area；
0-6mm material into mineral box and send to 1200# horizontal automatic discharge gold concentrator by 1set 4 inch sand pump to get concentrate，the waste material discharged from discharge pipe.
