【选矿离心机-移动式振动料仓离心选矿车流程概述】

原料通过工程机械送入振动料仓，首先筛选出较大不合格的物料，减少滚筒筛磨损，提高工作效率，合格的物料通过料斗下部的振动给料机由上料输送机均匀送入绞洗式滚筒筛内进行筛选分级为：粗料与细料两种规格。其中粗料通过一条固定式淘金毡溜槽进行回收后，废料排入废料区域；

细料排入料箱内通过一台沙泵打入选金离心机（沙金精选离心机,全自动排矿离心机,青州离心机厂家, 砂金离心机厂家）卧式全自动排矿离心机内进行精选，精选后的精料会自动排出至料箱内，废料经由选金离心机排料管排出至废料区域。

Technical process

The mineral mixture getting into vibrating feed hopper by excavator,firstly to get rid the useless minerals in very big size,it makes the machine more efficently and can redcue the abrasion,then the mineral getting into shaking feeder under vibrating feeder,transporting by conveyor to reamers trommel screen to be classified to be:big size and small size.The mineral in big size recovering by fixed sluice to collet the gold,the scrap are getting rid;the mineral in small size are sending to horizontal auto discharge concentrator by sand pump to get gold concentrate and the scrap finally are getting ride to scrap area.
